What are the system requirements- A pentium class  pc, or above, with at least 1 comm port.

How do I install the product from the web.- Files are compressed with winzip. this reduces size. you will need to extract files for use. The latest XP build is self extracting

What does this product do?- The battery analyzer software and digital controller perform tasks that otherwise would need to be done manually. such as writting down volt meter values every couple seconds, and writing down by hand a plot of the values. Basically the Battery analyzer does all this automated, and alows you to check your rc car drain, by even hooking it up to your rc moter as it is running. check and diagnos problems fast! Version 1.9.1 can give you a confidence value that lets you know if your batteries need to be rematched.

What is the scope program? It is a tool for troubleshooting electronic noise as well as servo functions. It shows electrical signals across a screen in refference to time and voltage value so it can be monitored easily up to 50,000ths of a second. This is like a work bench o scope.

I bought the product and need help getting it to run. program that runs is saying module device not present. This can happen if your comm ports are not enabled in bios. make sure your comm ports are enabled. also make sure that the controller is plugged in, and that if your system only has 1 comm port, that it is set up as comm one. Also make sure you have the latest version. If possible, set comm ports in bios to auto, enable both of them and then uninstall reinstall them in windows, using the control panel->system properties->device manager. DOWNLOAD XP VERSION!!!

What kind of conflicts could this device have with my other software.- None known. this device does not share dll's and only needs one comm port. if you have software that used the same comm port, you may run into problems, but it is not related to this software. Even though dlls are used, none of them are shared.

What can the hardware do? The hardware controller is completely programable. The latest software version 1.9.5  only takes avantage of a minimal set of functions.
